The Prime Minister of Canada

The Governor General & the Queen

Also, you may also request a congratulatory message from Her Excellency the Governor General and/or Her Majesty the Queen. The Governor General recognizes both wedding anniversaries and birthdays for those 50 years + at 5-year intervals and 90 years + at 5-year, respectively.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II sends messages to Canadians who are 100 years of age or older (in 1 year intervals thereafter) and couples who have been married for 60 years or more with 5 year intervals thereafter.
